What's in the Program?
When you enroll you'll receive six audio CD's. They are to be
listened to 30 days apart. Just as a resistance training program
is progressive, so too is a success program. I'll help you focus
on the immediate goal, bring the goal to fruition, and turn
every achievement into a stepping stone for the next great success.
The CD's are recorded as if I'm speaking directly to you. In

to establish the groundwork, the foundation, and a part of

What is the trainer responsibility when it comes to nutrition?
This is a gray area that has led to lawsuits, confusion,
and misinformation. I've developed an amazingly effective
methodology for empowering your clients to understand nutrition
and make quality choices - without you ever having to be put
in the position of prescribing a diet! Best of all, this can
add hundreds of dollars to the annual value of every client!
Why won't trainers sell? Trainers and sales people
are often polar opposites in their approaches and their beliefs,
yet if trainers fail to take responsibility for selling, their
income is questionable at best. I've isolated precisely why
trainers are resistant to selling and I've learned to teach

want to be published and/or secure a spot on local radio or
TV. If you've already been published or appeared on TV/Radio,

secrets that will put you in the public eye within a matter
of weeks.
Guinea Pig Promotion. Learn how you can personally
make this your best promotion ever, one that literally shapes
your career
The Bodyfat Table. I'll share with you a promotional
technique that can be used in any health club, in any health
food store, or anywhere the public gathers. This technique
immediately knocks down any prospect's guard and opens each
prospect up to the virtues of your offering, and it can be
repeated as often as you'd like, guaranteed to attract more
clients each time!
"Before photos" and assessments - documentation
of moments. I hope you've collected evidence in the
form of testimonials, photos, and assessment results. If you
have I'll teach you how to maximize their value. You'll never
have to spend a cent on advertising. If you haven't, I'll
share the best techniques for building an Arsenal of Evidence
quickly.
Month 3 - CD -It's all about the Client
NAVAQA - learn how to hone your persuasion skills
and to ethically promote in the best interest of the client
- there's nothing better than learning to get everything you

The Passion
On occasion the rare personal trainer see my ads or promotions
and believes I'm teaching people "only to make money." Nothing
could be further from the truth. I was driven to this field
just as you were, by an internal passion, a desperate want
to help people, and an innate knowledge that providing someone
