Saturday morning you'll wake up early and join Jim Sayih, the winner of the Toughest Cop in the World competition, for an actual SWAT Team Training session.  You'll learn there are many ways to train people without ever touching a dumbbell or exercise machine.  

Jim is the founder of 911 Fitness (see Sponsors page).  You might remember him from the old Met-Rx ads.  He was the guy picking up the car!  He'll share his expertise with you.  The workout is challenging, empowering, and of course, it's fun.

Then it's on to breakfast.  This healthy breakfast features egg whites, spinach, oatmeal, a great assortment of fruit, and most of all, an opportunity to network, brainstorm, and interact with other trainers from all over the world.

With a full stomach, and your exercise session complete, the entire group gathers while Phil conducts a live remote of his award winning radio show!  The trainers get to participate, answer questions from listeners, and speak to Phil's guests.  At previous PEAK events, Phil was joined on the air by actor/bodybuilder Roland Kickinger, Miss Olympia Legend Cory Everson, and retired professional bodybuilder Lee Labrada.

Then it's time for the most intense session of the weekend as Phil shares amazing methods of influencing others at an emotional level.  The power you'll command after this session will amaze you, and will of course prepare you to attract and thrill clients at a rate you never believed possible.  The group adjourns at 6:30 and spends Saturday night enjoying the South Florida night life.  The following morning, it's time for the most stunning Functional Training class of your life!  Phil's amazing "secret weapon" trainer will make even the toughest among you beg for mercy!  If you're up for a physical challenge, one that will offer you new methods of training you can use in your own sessions, you'll wake up at 7 AM for this once-in-a-lifetime class!

Sunday's breakfast is the "cheat day" breakfast.  You'll find pancakes, bacon, and sausage on the menu in addition to the healthy stuff you had Saturday.  Another awesome networking opportunity!

Sunday Phil conducts the final session from 10:00 until Noon.  Everyone then receives their Certificate of Completion and . . . it's time to get out there and use all you've learned to leap to the top of the fitness field!
