21 Days is the length of time it took for 150 individuals who I worked with personally to go from a place of doubt to a place of clarity, a place where they gained complete control over the way their bodies look and feel.  21 Days was the length of the research study where I used the program with 48 people who had previouisly struggled with their weight through diets and weight loss drugs. Over the 3-week period, using the proprietary Polar Body Age system, not only did we document fat loss and metabolic improvement, but in considering biological age, participants tested at an average of four years younger! The intention was to again prove that this 21 day strategy "works" for any functional individual seeking positive physical change and the results were astounding.
